Learnways Academy is a MSME registered under the name "Learnways Academy" operating in Karnataka, India. Our website is www.learnways.in.

• Each account is for individual use only. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

3. Courses and Payments

• We offer both free and paid courses on our platform.
• Payment for courses is processed through Razorpay.
• All payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any courses or services.
• Access to paid courses is granted immediately upon successful payment.
• We reserve the right to change course prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Course Content and Usage

• Course materials are for your personal use only and may not be downloaded or distributed.
• Sharing course videos, materials, or account access with others is strictly prohibited.
• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the course content without express written permission.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of the course content at any time.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Plagiarism of course materials or assignments is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing course videos or materials outside of your personal account is not allowed.
• Posting abusive, harassing, or inappropriate messages in discussion forums is prohibited.
• Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose is forbidden.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Learnways Academy website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Learnways Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use any of our trademarks, service marks, or logos without prior written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Karnataka, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
